Being balanced offers private yoga classes in the comfort of your own home or space, classes are tailored to suit your individual needs.
Private yoga lessons offer the opportunity for a personalised yoga lesson, including adjustments and use of props which are right for your body, easing your path back into a more balanced state of being, giving yourself space and time to reconnect.


Before your first lesson, there will be a consultation to find out more about what you would like to gain from your yoga practice. You will be sent a form to fill out, regarding your health and aims of the practise so the lessons can be planned and adapted to you.
This information will help to create a unique lesson plan, working with specific asanas, relaxation and meditation which can assist your body into more of a state of ease and comfort
